    Wilbraham Place Practice provides private healthcare services on an outpatient and fee paying basis, within a caring and friendly environment. The practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission, which ensures that we provide only the highest standard of healthcare by reputable consultants.

Payment Methods accepted

Payment required one month in advance

  • Sessional:
  • Standing order within the 5 first days of each calendar month
  • We do not accept cheque, BACS or cash payments


Occasional Use & Extra hours

  • Invoiced at the end of each calendar month payable via BACS
  • We do not accept cheque or cash payments


Notice Period

  • SESSIONAL USERS: 3 Months’ notice period, in writing via post or e-mail.   Minimum of 6 months commitment required.
  • Ad-Hoc Users: No notice period.  Inactivity of more than 12 months, will require a new registration.

Documents required for registration

  • Professional qualifications
  • Two professional references
  • Proof of continuous professional development for the previous year.
  • DBS check (done within the last year) or the practice can submit an application on your behalf.  The cost for this is £65.00 (Enhanced DBS Check)
  • Copy of Regulating body registration
  • Copy of Indemnity insurance

Assessment criteria

  • Professional Documentation
  • Interview with director  & practice manager
  • Experience – minimum 6 years

Upon successful completion of the registration process you will be issued with the following documents:

  • Licence agreement
  • Practising privileges
  • Practice rules
  • Practice policies and procedures 
  • Clinical audit questionnaire
